SS reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Your use of this site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as revised.

This Agreement was last revised on August 22, 2011. Limitation of Liability You understand and agree that Soulsplit and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall never be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or inculpable damages.
For example your computer contracts a virus directly or indirectly from access to our site,
Soulsplit cannot be held responsible for any consequences of the virus.
External Content Soulsplit may include links to third-party content, advertising and other websites.
SS is not responsible for ,and does not endorse any advertising, products or resources accessible or available via such links.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey, and play Soulsplit.
When ordering supplies from our webshop, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your Name, Email, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Credit card information. The owners or any staff member of Soulsplit reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. Staff members also have the permission to disable your account at any time for any given reason.
Supplies bought from our webshop are not being refunded if your account is disabled. Following the rules is your own responsability. Only if a valid reason is provided by the staff of Soulsplit your items will be refunded.
The items and accounts in the game are property of Soulsplit. The owners of Soulsplit have the rights to remove any item or any account off your account for any reason.

Refund Policy
Can be refunded no questions asked if tokens were not received. Can be refunded within 30 days provided a reason is given (accounts will also be disabled). All sales are final after 30 days. Those disabled accounts will be permanently terminated after 90 days.
